Storage:

Warranty Coverage:

Three-month warranty from the date of purchase. Our warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

It does not cover damage caused by: scratches, dents, or deformation; discoloration due to improper use; damage resulting from care other than what is recommended; or loss of parts or accessories. It does not cover damage caused by misuse or negligence.

How to Make a Claim: Contact our customer service team within 30 days of the issue arising. Provide proof of purchase and photos of the defect. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

What should I do if the product discolors? Discoloration resulting from normal use is not covered by the warranty. For inquiries regarding abnormal discoloration, please contact our customer service team.
